A recurring pickup (a “loop”) keeps the same day and window every week or every two weeks, and every pound is billed at the lower member rate. With LaundryLocal it costs $2.19 per pound in NYC and $1.89 per pound on Long Island, with a $35 minimum, and pickup and delivery included over it. Orders come back in 24–48 hours in NYC and 48–72 hours on Long Island.

Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No. You pay only for what we weigh, at the member rate. Cancel or pause anytime from your account.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Skip or move any pickup before 9 pm the night before.
When is my card charged?
After your order is weighed or counted at the plant. We send you the total first, then we charge the card you saved at booking. Nothing is charged when you book.
Is there sales tax on laundry or dry cleaning in New York?
No. New York excludes laundering, dry cleaning and pressing services from sales tax.
