How do I change or cancel a pickup?

Reply to your booking confirmation, call (929) 732-2225 or email hello@laundrylocal.com. One-off pickups can be changed or cancelled at no charge until 9 pm the night before.

Where is my order?

Open the tracking link in your confirmation, or call us with your order number.

Do you have a store I can walk into?

No. LaundryLocal is a pickup and delivery service: we come to your door in a two-hour window and bring everything back.
