About LaundryLocal
LaundryLocal is laundry pickup and delivery for New York City (Manhattan · Brooklyn · Queens · The Bronx · Staten Island), Long Island (Nassau · Suffolk), Westchester (White Plains · Scarsdale · Yonkers · New Rochelle). We collect wash & fold, dry cleaning and leather & specialty items from your door in a two-hour window, price them from our posted prices, and bring them back folded or on hangers. You see the total before your saved card is charged.
What we do
- Wash & fold, priced per pound and weighed dry.
- Dry cleaning, priced per garment.
- Comforters and bedding, priced per item.
- Leather & specialty care (shoes, handbags, leather, UGG/sheepskin, down jackets), quoted after inspection before any work starts.
- Weekly or every-two-weeks pickups at a lower per-pound member rate.

How we price
Every price is posted with the date it took effect, on the pricing page and on each service page. Pickup and delivery are included at or above the minimum order. There are no bag, service or surge fees. New York excludes laundering and dry cleaning from sales tax, so none is added.
How we handle your things
Each bag gets a QR tag that is scanned at every handoff, and your driver photographs it at pickup and delivery. Bags are washed on their own, never mixed with another customer’s. Read more on the trust & safety page and in our policies.
