Straight answers

When do you charge my card?

After your bag is weighed at the plant. We send you the weight, rate and total first, then we charge the card you saved at booking. Nothing is charged when you book.

Is my laundry washed with other people's?

No. Each bag is washed and dried on its own and tracked by its QR tag from your door back to your door.

What if something is lost or damaged?

Report it within 7 days. Coverage caps are in our Garment care & liability policy (draft, pending legal review). Pickup and delivery photos make claims fast.

Is there sales tax on laundry in New York?

No. New York excludes laundering, dry cleaning and pressing services from sales tax, including in NYC, Nassau and Suffolk (NYS Tax Department memo TSB-M-02(4)S).

How much is 14 pounds of laundry?

Roughly two full washer loads, or about a week of clothes and towels for one or two people.
