Walk-up or doorman: pickup works either way
- Doorman buildings: add the building name and desk instructions; the desk can hand the bag over.
- Walk-ups: leave the bag in the vestibule or at your door and add the door code in your notes.

Windows that fit a workday
NYC pickups run Monday to Saturday in two-hour windows: 7–9 am and 9–11 am, 6–8 pm and 8–10 pm on weekdays, and 9–11 am or 12–2 pm on Saturday. There are no Sunday pickups.

Yes. Add the building and desk instructions when you book, and leave the bag with the front desk.
