Preferences on file
Your detergent (classic fresh, fragrance-free or plant-based), fold or hang choices, starch for shirts and notes for the driver are saved to your account and applied to every pickup.
Kids’ clothes, uniforms and sports kit
Everything washable goes in the wash & fold bag. Items that need dry cleaning go in a separate bag and are priced per garment. Comforters and bulky blankets can ride along as one oversized item each.

What it costs per week
Your weekly bill is your bag weight times the member rate, with pickup and delivery included over the minimum order. You get the weight and total from the plant before your card is charged, every week.
