Prices by area
Your price depends on where we pick up, not on what is in the bag. New York City (all five boroughs) has one set of prices; Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester share another. Both have an effective date, shown on the pricing page and on every service page, so you always know which prices apply to your pickup.
What you get: detergent, sorting, folding
Every bag is washed and dried on its own, never mixed with another customer’s laundry, then folded and packed. When you book you choose a detergent (classic fresh, fragrance-free or plant-based), whether to fold everything, hang shirts and dresses, or hang-dry delicates, and how much starch you want on shirts. Those preferences are saved to your account and applied to every pickup until you change them.
The minimum order, in one sentence
If your bag weighs less than the minimum, you pay the minimum; at or above it, pickup and delivery cost nothing extra. The current minimum for your area is on the wash & fold price page.
Go weekly, pay less per pound
A loop membership picks up weekly or every two weeks and bills every pound at the member rate: $2.19 in NYC and $1.89 on Long Island. You can skip, move or pause a pickup until 9 pm the night before.
What’s priced per item instead
Some things don’t make sense by the pound. Dry cleaning is priced per garment, comforters and bedding per item, and a comforter or bulky blanket inside your wash & fold bag is billed as one oversized item ($15 in NYC) instead of by weight. See dry cleaning prices and comforter prices.
How we weigh
Your driver scans the bag’s QR tag and photographs it at your door. At the plant the bag is weighed dry, before washing. We send you the weight, the rate and the total, and charge your saved card an hour later. The weight is the only thing on the bill besides any rush or tip you chose.
What a 10, 20 and 30 lb bag costs
Multiply the weight by your rate. At the NYC pay-as-you-go rate of $2.49/lb, a 10 lb bag is ten times that and a 20 lb bag twenty times, as long as the total clears the minimum. On a loop, use the member rate instead. The calculator on the pricing page does the math for your area and weight.

Yes. The plant weighs your bag dry, before washing, so you never pay for water.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Orders under the minimum are charged the minimum; pickup and delivery are included at or above it.

Yes: classic fresh, fragrance-free or plant-based. Your choice is saved to your account and applied to every pickup.
Is there sales tax on laundry in NY?
No. New York excludes laundering, dry cleaning and pressing services from sales tax.
